About Alice

Alice Hayes, PhD, MTS, LICSW, joined Harborside in January, 2007 in the Beverly office. She completed the dual masters degree program in Clinical Social Work and Theological Studies at Boston University in 2002 and has since been a practicing psychotherapist, with a specialization in spirituality and spiritual and religious concerns. Prior to her clinical social work, Alice worked for a major international corporation doing executive coaching and organizational cultural change and development. She brings this experience and interest to her counseling in career/workplace issues and communication and relationship issues. Her intention is to support the growth of increasing self-awareness, self-acceptance and authenticity and the evolution of a meaningful life.

Approaches to therapy include psychodynamic, post-modern / narrative, and cognitive behavioral.
